Overall: 2.6/5 [delivery] We ordered on UberEats, and the food arrived fairly quickly. Crab Fried Rice ($21.45): We chose jasmine rice which. Right off the bat I was not a fan of the texture and the crab tasted like it came from a can. The flavors were not great either so we ended up adding our own sauce. It also did not taste spicy at all despite ordering level 4. Pad Thai Pork ($17.45): Got this with spice level 3 and vegan sauce. The pork was overcooked and tasted almost like chicken. The spice level came through on this one but the sauce leaned too sour, which I think was from too much tamarind. Mi Krop Crispy ($12.50): Crispy wontons tossed in a sweet and sour tamarind sauce with some scrambled egg and one jumbo shrimp. The wontons were not crispy at all and the flavor was only slightly better than the pad thai. Still not worth it. Dallas has so many solid Thai options that this one just did not make the cut for us.

A friend recommended this place and I love Thai food so I was open to trying something new. The decor was lovely and the food was good. I got the pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. My only con was the chicken was very dry. You can tell they used chicken breast and unfortunately it seemed over cooked, other than that everything else was lovely.

We had a good experience overall. We tried the lamb stew curry, pineapple curry, Thai basil tofu rice, Massaman curry, crispy chicken spring rolls, and mango sticky rice. The Thai basil was my favorite, while the spring rolls could have used a bit more flavor. The mango sticky rice was disappointing and wasn’t something we’d order again. The food was good overall, though the portion sizes could be a little bigger. The service was really good, and with a few improvements, this place could be even better.

I visited Ka Thai recently and honestly loved the experience. The vibe was nice, the restaurant felt modern yet cozy, and the staff provided great service from start to finish. The food was flavorful, fresh, and well-presented. You can tell a lot of thought goes into both the menu and the overall dining experience. One thing I especially appreciated was how aesthetic the space was without sacrificing quality. It’s the kind of spot that works for a casual dinner, girls’ night, or even a date night. Definitely one of my favorite dining experiences in Dallas so far this year and I’ll absolutely be back. What brings me back every time is the Roti and heavenly beef!

I’ve been wanting to try this place and so glad I did! Love the Boho chic decor & overall ambiance of this place 😍 The food was delicious! Not too many Thai places offer Pad Prik King, & theirs was super flavorful. Did a spice level 2 and felt like it was pretty mild. Portion sizes are generous & prices were relatively inexpensive. Also had the chicken spring rolls which were more than enough for 2 people. Plan to return for the Thai Basil and curry. The staff are very friendly and attentive. *Parking is offered in the garage directly across from the shell gas station, behind to the Blue Sushi (on Bowen St.) Ka Thai offers validation via QR code that you scan inside the restaurant.
